United Kingdom Flights – July 2009 Update
The market for United Kingdom flights has experienced a 40% decline compare to the same time last year. British carriers such as British Airways and Virgin Airways are trying their best to cope with the sharp drop in passengers numbers. Consumers that are intending to purchase United Kingdom flights are the ones that greatly benefit from the current situation as airlines are flooding the market with highly discounted tickets as well as other incentives and promotions. The decline in numbers for United Kingdom flights is not only seen through ever decreasing numbers of travelers but also in the area of air cargo. The by far largest decline that airlines have been experiencing are in the first and business class segment. United Kingdom flights in the tourist class segment have also declined but far less than the other two segments.
